Séjour en Suisse Staying in Switzerland

Since sunday the 16th I have been here in St Bairs staying with Claude. I think it was in 1993, 1994 that we last met when Claude and Isis where living in Upper Dharmkot an almost 2 hour walk from MacLeod Ganj, I was then staying with an indian family just outside Dharmkot village(Claude and Isis had found the place for me). There were leopards in the forest and I still remember leaving them late at night for a 45mn walk down to my place through the forest. It was kind of exciting to know leopards were around, it was safe though, leopards do not prey on human beings, they knew as much as I knew that they were safe...I really enjoy to meet again friends I have not met for years and to (re)start the relationship just at the point we had left it as if no time at all had elapsed in between...St Bairs stands at an altitude of 1000m(3000 feet) and I thought it would be a little(or more!) difficult for Yoga practice but it was a happy surprise to realize it wasn't a tit different. Even here at 1000m it's a scorching heat...all is well for me, I enjoy my life, I like it;  nonetheless thank you very much if I can avoid returning(to samsara) trust me I will...we have been talking about it...

Depuis  dimanche 16 je suis à St Bairs avec(chez) Claude. Je pense que c'est en 1993, 1994 que nous nous sommes rencontrés pour la dernière fois, alors que Claude et Isis habitaient Upper Dharmkot(Les Hauts de...) à plus ou moins 2 heures de marche de MacLeod Ganj  , j'habitais dans une famille indienne en dehors du village de Dharmkot(c'est Claude et Isis qui m'avaient trouvé la chambre dans cette famille). Il y avait des léopards dans la forêt et je me souviens de les quitter tard dans la soirée et descendre pour les 45mn de marche à travers la forêt. C'était du genre excitant de savoir que les léopards étaient là pas loin, il n' y avait aucun danger malgré tout, les léopards ne s'attaquent pas à l'homme, ils savaient aussi bien que moi qu'ils étaient en sécurité.

J'aime particulièrement retrouver des amis que je n'ai pas vus pendant des années et repartir dans la relation, là, au point où nous l'avions laissée comme si aucun temps ne s'était écoulé.

St Bairs se situe à 1000 m d'altitude et je croyais que la pratique Yoga en serait plus(ou moins) difficile, et ce fut une agréable surprise de voir que non...que ce n'était même pas un tout petit peu différent. Même ici à 1000m c'est la canicule...tout roule pour moi, ma vie me plait, je l'aime; pour autant merci bien si je peux éviter de revenir(dans le samsara) vous pouvez me faire confiance je le ferai....ce sujet est l'une de nos discussions
